Garuda4D Terms & Conditions – A Guide to Using Malaysia's Online Betting Platform

By registering an account on garuda4d, making any deposit, using any of our services, or simply browsing our platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted all Terms & Conditions stated herein, along with all policies published on the garuda4d website, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This acceptance is valid without a physical signature. Garuda4D reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website, with notifications sent to members via email or the platform's notice board. Continued use of the garuda4d platform after any amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are between you as an individual and garuda4d. Third parties have no rights under this agreement. Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

To be eligible to register and use garuda4d's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged at least 18 years of age. Garuda4D takes this age requirement very seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to register by individuals who are underage.
• Not be on garuda4d's self-exclusion list or any other voluntary exclusion programme.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable local laws.
• Do not act on behalf of any third party when using garuda4d services — accounts are for personal use only.
• Not identified as a person prohibited from using online gambling platforms by any relevant authority.

Garuda4D reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your eligibility. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other valid identification. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) account at garuda4d. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any accumulated funds and winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information, including your full name as per your identification document, a valid email address, an active mobile number, and any other required details. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date at all times.

Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your garuda4d account password.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone else, including family members.
• Garuda4D will never ask for your password via email, message, or phone call.
• All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the garuda4d support team immediately.

Garuda4D reserves the right to suspend or close any account suspected of being compromised or used without authorisation while an investigation is conducted, in order to protect the member's interests.

All financial transactions on garuda4d are processed through legitimate and secure Malaysian payment methods. Garuda4D only accepts deposits via approved methods listed on our platform.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals exceeding certain limits. This is standard procedure to safeguard the security of your funds.
• Garuda4D reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal while an investigation is conducted if any suspicious activity is detected.
• Funds obtained through bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. Refer to the Bonuses & Promotions section for more details.
• All deposits and withdrawals are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. No foreign currency exchange is required or permitted.

Garuda4D offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms and conditions, and it is the member's responsibility to read and understand these terms before accepting any bonus.

Garuda4D General Bonus Principles

• One bonus at a time: By default, only one active bonus is permitted at a time in your garuda4d account unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the total deposit plus bonus amount — for example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 deposit + RM50 bonus means you must wager RM1,500 before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Any unused bonuses or unfulfilled wagering requirements within that period will expire automatically.
• One bonus per household: Members residing at the same address or sharing a device and internet connection are eligible for one set of bonuses only.
• Right to cancel: Garuda4D reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error, including cases where a technical fault or fraudulent activity caused a bonus to be incorrectly awarded.

All bets and games on the garuda4d platform are subject to rules specific to each category. The following general principles apply across the entire platform:

Sports Betting (Badminton, Football, Cricket & Others)

• All bets are considered valid once confirmation is displayed on the member's bet slip.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the stipulated timeframe, garuda4d reserves the right to void the related bets and refund the wagered amount to the member's account.
• In cases where displayed odds contain a significant technical error, garuda4d reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds.
• In-play/live betting wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled by the member.
• Official results issued by the relevant sports governing body are final for the purpose of settling bets on garuda4d.

Poker

• Poker games at garuda4d are player-versus-player — garuda4d does not participate in the game.
• The use of third-party assistance software (bots, solvers, HUDs) while playing at garuda4d tables is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players is a serious offence that may result in immediate account closure and freezing of funds.
• Garuda4D's system decisions in any dispute involving poker hands are final.

Virtual Sports & Lottery

• All virtual sports outcomes are generated by an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system and cannot be manipulated by any party, including garuda4d.
• No bet refunds are available for virtual sports unless a technical system failure affects the outcome.

As a garuda4d member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following are strictly prohibited on garuda4d:

• Using the garuda4d platform for any activity that is illegal under Malaysian law.
• Registering more than one account, whether using the same or different personal information.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Using any software, technique, or other method to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or manipulate the garuda4d system in any way.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through your garuda4d account.
• Posting any content containing offensive, abusive, threatening, or racist language on any garuda4d communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical errors or bugs in the garuda4d system to gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and, where necessary, legal action.

Garuda4D reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Multiple account usage.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit the garuda4d system.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, garuda4d reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses, unlawfully obtained winnings, and funds associated with the violating activity. Original deposit funds may be returned subject to the outcome of garuda4d's investigation.

Voluntary Closure: You may close your garuda4d account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible funds will be processed for withdrawal to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet. No fees are charged for voluntary account closure.

Garuda4D takes the well-being of its members seriously. Entertainment should always remain fun and within your control. We provide a range of tools to help you play responsibly:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a given period.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum stake limit per bet.
• Account Break: Take a break from the platform for a set period — anywhere from 24 hours to several months — without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you may choose to permanently exclude yourself from the garuda4d platform.

Garuda4D is not liable for:

• Any losses arising from unauthorised use of the platform or access to your login credentials by an unauthorised party.
• Loss of profits or indirect losses arising from platform technical disruptions.
• Any damage to your device or software that may result from your use of the garuda4d platform.
• Betting outcomes based on inaccurate information provided by third parties.
• Delays or failures in processing transactions caused by factors beyond garuda4d's control, including network issues, bank failures, or e-wallet operator technical problems.

Garuda4d's total maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Garuda4D reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be given via email to the registered address and/or through announcements on the garuda4d platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the amendment is made due to an immediate legal or security requirement.

Continued use of the garuda4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account before it takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from their use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. The official languages of communication between garuda4d and its Malaysian members are Bahasa Melayu and English.
